The Social CliQ revived the brand’s stagnant Instagram account and delivered 5,000 new followers in 6 months
This well-established nation-wide retailer has been inspiring creativity in the homes and classrooms of everyday Australians for over 40 years, offering a wide range of art and craft supplies for all skill levels.
While Riot Art & Craft had a large retail presence, our job was to cement the brand’s place in the digital space, which involved reviving its Instagram account with a fresh new strategy, look and feel.
The Social CliQ was brought in to maximise the company’s social channels to build an online community and subsequently boost sales.
Riot Art and Craft’s Instagram was under utilised prior to The Social CliQ introducing strategies to maximise reach and engagement. Our expert team elevated the brand’s social content with new tutorials – courtesy of the company’s in-house artists – and grew a community of ambassadors to promote its products and create social buzz.
We also conducted monthly photoshoots to keep the calibre of content produced consistent, and showcase new products.
